New Climbing Wall @ Touch Diabetes Support Centre

Daddy Alvin designed and built a new bouldering wall for the TOUCH Community's Diabetes Support Centre situated in Toa Payoh. It will help to promote fitness awareness and cultivate healthy exercise habits amongst people with diabetes.

Daddy Alvin conducted a climbing wall familiarisation programme for a group of staff and volunteers. Everyone had fun working out on the wall, including me!

20 Apr 2003 - A Stroll in Labrador Nature Park

We returned to Labrador Nature Park once again to explore the wonder of nature and to enjoy the sea breeze.

It was low tide so we went down to the sea shore in search of entrapped fishes, sea shells and interesting sea creatures.
