外公 had not been well for a while. He went in and out of hospital due to old age degeneration of health.

16 Aug: Fell from bed, sent to A&E, TTSH at 11.30pm.
17 Aug: Family members all rushed there at 2am. Left him when condition stabilized. Hospital called at 4+pm to inform that he passed away peacefully.
