The Rice Harvesting Experience (16-22 November 2008)

the plan

We shall return to the Tigerland Rice Farm to experience rice harvesting during the school holiday on 16th to 22nd November 2008. The experiential program design is as follows:

Day 0

Depart Singapore for Chiang Rai
Arrive at Tigerland Rice Farm
Day 1 Hooking (Harvesting)
Day 2 Bundling and Drying
Day 3 Treshing
Day 4 Winnowing (Throwing)
Day 5 Storing and Milling
Day 6 Depart Chiang Rai for Singapore
